The desk is a digital service for workshops. Access starts when the payment clears. A plan and a credit pack stay on the account. Payments are kept in euros. The only return is credits, and only when the solution cannot be created.

One free file

A confirmed account can enter one free-file code and process one original read before you subscribe. Five accounts can open that file each day. That file is one solution from this list: DPF, lambda, EGR, TVA, MAF, swirl flaps, AdBlue, readiness, start/stop, NOx, limp mode, AGS, GPF, CVN, checksum, DTC, oil pressure, or Vmax. Two of them together are two solutions. A tune, including Stage 1, needs a plan. The free file is processed during working hours. If that solution cannot be created, the free file is not used, and you can try another original. When the free file is delivered, the desk closes until you choose a plan. Starting a paid plan ends the free file, because the plan replaces it.

One file a week

Starter, Workshop, and Shop each include one file a week from that same list while the desk is open. It resets at Monday midnight UTC. DTC removal can be that free file. On a paid file, DTC removal alone is half the price of any other solution. Add another solution and the file is the full price. A tune or a second solution on the same file is a paid job. If that solution cannot be created, that week's file is not used.

What stays paid

• Starter, Workshop, and Shop, once the period has started. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The days already paid run to the end. The period is not returned in euros.
• Credit packs, whether or not you have used them. Credits are not exchanged for euros.
• A file that was processed and stored for download, including a result you do not like or a gain that differs from the example figure.
• A late file, a short outage, or a job blocked by the vehicle, the tool, or a bad read.

When credits come back

On a paid job, the credits for that selection come back when the solution cannot be created. That includes a listed ECU family whose exact software is not matched. Nothing else is returned: not the plan, not the pack, and not euros. The coverage page and the free file are there so you can see a vehicle before you pay.

Immediate access

A workshop buying for its business has no statutory withdrawal right. Where consumer law still applies, you ask at checkout for the desk and the credits to be unlocked immediately. To the extent that law allows, you accept that performance has started and you waive a statutory withdrawal right for that delivered digital service, including the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content supplied with your consent.
