Acceptable use

Torqfile is a file desk for workshops. These are the limits, and the desk enforces the ones that can be enforced in software.
Who it is for
Use it on files you are allowed to process, for vehicles you own or that a customer asked you to work on. You may use the result in your own workshop service. You may not share the login, run one account for several shops, or resell raw access to the desk. Do not pass on the files, the solutions, or the prices inside the desk as a product for someone else to resell.
The free file
One code per account. Five free files open each day across the desk. The free file is one solution from the support list: DPF, lambda, EGR, TVA, MAF, swirl flaps, AdBlue, readiness, start/stop, NOx, limp mode, AGS, GPF, CVN, checksum, DTC, oil pressure, or Vmax. It is processed during working hours. A tune is outside the offer, as are stacking two solutions and opening extra accounts to collect more free files. If the solution cannot be created, the free file is not used. A plan includes one of those files each week. The same limits apply: one solution, no tune, and no extra accounts to collect more.
The meter
Credits, the fair-use file caps, and the slave cap are checked on the server. Do not replay requests or open extra sessions to step around them. A blocked job stops that job and explains the limit. Repeating a bypass closes the account. Credits come back only when the solution cannot be created. A delivered file keeps the credits it used.
The files
Do not scrape the desk, pull the calibrations out of a result, or rebuild the solutions into another file service. The coverage pages are there to read. Bulk extraction is not. The same limit applies to wrapping the desk as a service you sell under your own file portal.
Road use
Emissions-related solutions, including AdBlue, DPF, and EGR, exist for motorsport, off-road, closed-course, and other uses your local rules allow. Type approval, an inspection, and an insurance policy can forbid them on a road car. Deciding whether a file is lawful on a given vehicle is your job, including what you tell your own customer. Torqfile does not review that decision and does not accept the liability for it.
