Digital delivery

Torqfile is delivered on the web. There is no box, no installer, and no licence key to type in. What you buy is access on the account with the email you paid with.
What a purchase gives you
- An open desk for the plan and period you paid for, including the daily slave file cap on that plan.
- One free support-list file each week the desk is open. It resets at Monday midnight UTC.
- Credits, when you buy a credit pack. Those are added to the same account and spent when a job is placed.
- The result of each job, stored so you can download it again from the desk.
When you pay
Creem confirms the payment and notifies Torqfile. The desk then opens for the new period, and any credit pack you bought is added to the balance. The same purchase is applied once. A retry does not add the credits a second time. The plan and the period end are shown on your account page.
If the desk stays closed
Activation is normally immediate. If it is not:
- Sign in with the same email you paid with.
- Reload the account page. A stale screen can hide a plan that is already active.
- Write from that email, with the order reference, if the plan is still missing. The purchase is checked against the payment and applied if it was missed.
The product is the account, not an email. A missing receipt does not mean the desk failed to open.
When a file is ready
The time until a file is ready is an estimate. It moves with the file, the control unit, whether the original data is usable, the tool, and the queue. The free file is processed during working hours. A late file leaves the paid period as it is, and it is not a claim for a vehicle that is waiting.
Renewals
A monthly or yearly plan extends itself when the renewal is collected. You do not download anything again. A failed renewal closes the desk until the charge is collected. Access also ends if the subscription is cancelled or expires. Cancelling stops the next charge. The period already paid runs to its end.
If delivery fails on our side
If a payment is taken and the desk never opens, write from the email on the account with the order reference. The purchase is applied to the account. It is not returned in euros. Credits come back only when the solution cannot be created. A file that was processed and downloaded has been delivered, and the credits for it stay spent. A short outage leaves a period that was already open as it is.
